In order to achieve this, Maxima has developed a three tier delivery model, which incorporates an on site, local remote and off shore capability. Other than providing a "best of breed" offering, Maxima does not have a bias towards how its services should be delivered nor does it view off-shoring as the panacea for IT outsourcing. 

Maxima understands the need to collaborate and maintain good working relationships with all parties, internal and external, in order to provide a quality service. For a significant percentage of clients, Maxima deploys a blended two tier model of on site backed with local remote services.

For other clients, Maxima has been able to utilise its off shore capability, in conjunction with on site and local remote, to achieve increased service coverage and significant savings. With each of these models, Maxima retains core knowledge, ownership and the management of key relationships locally.
