  • July 2008 - DXI Networks Ltd. DXI is a provider of converged Information and Communications Technology (ICT) services to business customers in the UK.  DXI provides 24x7 fully managed IT infrastructure and communications solutions, including the design, deployment and management of complex converged networks, server hosting, internet, network security, VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) and other telecommunications services. 
  • January 2008 - Acquisition of Eclectic Group Limited. Eclectic supplies software, consultancy, support and training in the areas of Business Intelligence and Corporate Performance Management (CPM).
  • July 2007 - Acquisition of Centric Networks Limited. Centric provides managed services for infrastructure software to a broad range of clients in the mid-market.
  • May 2007 - Acquisition of 3net Limited, an IT Services business, providing consultancy, solutions delivery and managed services in networking and security infrastructure.
  • March 2007 - Acquisition of SevenThree Limited, the leading supplier of Microsoft CRM to the Construction Industry. 
  • November 2006 - Acquisition of IIL (Intertech Solutions Ireland) Limited. Intertech provides IT infrastructure solutions and managed services based upon Citrix technologies.
  • October 2006 - Acquisition of Cognition Solutions, a supplier of complete business systems to contracting, construction, and maintenance organisations.
  • May 2006 - Acquisition of QED, a main frame managed services consultancy.
  • February 2006 - Acquisition of Seabrook Research Ltd, Irish distributor of QAD’s enterprise software solution MFG/PRO.
  • September 2005 - Acquisition of Hanston Technology Partners, the UK’s leading Oracle Managed Services Practice.
  • August 2005 - Acquisition of Ringwood Group Plc, a leading supplier of web-based content and document management solutions.
  • November 2004 - Maxima successfully floats on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM:MXM) of the London Stock Exchange and acquires Azur
  • March 2004 - Acquisition of IBS Enterprise Systems.
  • March 2003 - Become one of the first UK Solution Centres for SAP Business One
  • June 2001 - Weir Systems and Minerva merge to create Azur. 
  • March 1988 – Minerva Industrial Systems established.
  • April 1983 – Weir Systems established.
