Kelvin Harrison joined Weir Systems as Chief Executive in 1999 in order to turn the Company around following several years of heavy losses. Having successfully achieved this he merged the business with Minerva to create Azur in June 2001, becoming CEO. He has a proven track record of achieving profits growth in both high growth and consolidating environments. His merger and acquisition experience includes origination, execution and integration. Prior to taking up general management positions, he worked in sales, project management and quality assurance and retains a strong focus on optimising business processes.
Kelvin was with Vega Group plc (software for aerospace and defence applications) from 1985 to 1996 latterly as Chief Executive and was Chief Executive of Symbionics Group Limited (system and software design for wireless communication devices) from 1997 to 1998. He is a Chartered Engineer and has a first class honours degree in Electrical Engineering & Computing Science. He is also a Non-Executive Director of UBC Media Group plc. He was a Non-Executive Director of Axon Group plc from 1999 until May 2004.

Boris Huard joined Maxima in 2007 as Chief Operations Officer. Boris was previously Sector Director (Banking) with LogicaCMG, joining the group following its acquisition of Unilog s.a. in 2006. Boris started at Unilog in France in 1998, and moved to the UK in 2001 upon Unilog's acquisition of the Technology Division of MarchFirst from the receivers. As Business Development Director and then Business Unit Director he contributed to restore the business to profitability and to grow it by acquisition and organic development. Unilog specialised in applications management and enterprise software integration, partnering with Microsoft, Oracle and SAP.
Boris has a Master's Degree from the Ecole Centrale de Marseille in Aerodynamics. His career has included research, software engineering and system implementation, before moving into sales and general management.
John Taylor was previously Finance Director of Alfred McAlpine Business Services, the support services business of Alfred McAlpine PLC. This business provided outsourced facilities management, IT consultancy and managed services, consultancy and asset management services to a range of blue chip clients. It was the largest contributor to the group results reporting strong revenue and profits growth in the in the three years prior to McAlpine's acquisition by Carillion plc.
John is a Scottish Chartered Accountant who qualified with Deloitte and then worked for 7 years for Bank of Scotland in structured finance, leading numerous private equity transactions for the bank. He then moved into industry and held CFO positions in the UK and the USA, one of which was a communications services business, before returning to join Alfred McAlpine. John has experience of leading several major enterprise software implementation projects. He also has a degree in Law.
Michael Brooke has worked in the computer industry for almost 40 years, predominantly specialising in founding, developing, floating and/or selling companies within the computer software, hardware and services sector. In 1967, he founded Datasolve, which was acquired by BOC in 1973, and in 1976 he founded Micro Business Systems Plc, which became the largest PC reseller in the UK before floating on the Official List in 1983. In 1986, he co-founded Telephone Information Services Plc, sold to management in 1991, and in 1994 he co-founded CMS Ltd which was sold to Millward Brown Limited in 1998. In 1991, he co-founded Comino Plc, which floated on AIM in 1997 and moved to the Official List in 1999. Michael is currently a Non-Executive Director of Quester VCT3 plc. He is a member of the Advisory Board for Corporate Finance for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP.

Kim Nicholson was previously a partner with Olswang, solicitors, specialising in corporate transactions in the technology, media and telecoms sector. During her 13 years at Olswang Kim established, ran and grew the technology and communication practice of the firm to be one of the most successful in London. She was instrumental in the management of the firms significant growth and profile in that period.
Kim has extensive corporate finance experience in the information technology sector, where she is regarded as a leader in her field. She has actively worked with management in technology and telecommunications companies in both the UK and US, at all stages of the corporate life cycle.

Mark Morris FCA is a Chartered Accountant who worked in audit, business advisory and corporate finance with Price Waterhouse before joining Sytner Group, the UK's largest retailer of prestige cars operating from over 100 dealerships across the UK, as Finance Director in 1995. The Group grew rapidly, both organically and through acquisition, and was listed on the London Stock Exchange in 1997. Mark was subsequently appointed Managing Director and when he left in 2005 the Group had grown to EBITDA of £46 million on revenues of £1.6 billion (from c.£50 million in 1995).
Mark is currently a non-executive director of Christian Salvesen plc, LSL Property Services plc, and a number of private companies. His wealth of experience of finance, general management and M&A activities in high growth service businesses is directly relevant to Maxima.
